Bridge Project Manager/ Team Lead

TEC is seeking a Bridge Project Manager in either our Worcester, MA and/or Lawrence, MA and/or our newest Portland, ME offices! We are looking for the right individual who can effectively lead all technical assignments and support TEC's growth. The ideal candidate is looking to expand their project management wheelhouse, or gain exposure with management responsibilities and take the next step forward in their career. This person would have the chance to take ownership of a project from start to finish, mentor more junior engineers, have exposure to client interactions/meetings and the ability to be developed professionally by more senior staff. Responsibilities Manage/ grow a structural team Aid in technical work for surrounding offices and work across Massachusetts Mentor engineering staff in all phases of bridge/structural design Supporting role in client meetings and public presentations Skills Proven ability to lead and mentor junior engineers Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Strong technical skills in bridge design and calculations Ability to work autonomously with managing individual tasks and assignments Self-starter and motivated to succeed Qualifications BS in civil engineering or related field Licensed PE required (or ability to obtain PE within first 6 months) 6+ yrs related experience with transportation related structures Familiarity with AASHTO and MassDOT design manuals, standards and procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr
