The Broadcast Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing broadcast and production equipment. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and operating equipment for live broadcasts, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards. This role also involves collaborating with production teams to deliver the highest quality programming possible.QualificationsExperience with broadcast and production equipment maintenance and repairProficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with broadcasting systemsAbility to set up, operate, and maintain broadcast equipment for live broadcastsKnowledge of safety and engineering standardsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsFlexibility and adaptability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as requiredAssociates degree in related field, or equivalent years of experienceCertifications such as SBE, Cisco, Microsoft, and CompTIA are a plus
