Responsibilities
- Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and under the best terms
- Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values
- Work with sellers to promote properties and attract advantageous offers
- Display and market real estate to potential buyers
- Maintain up-to-date listings of available properties
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Pleasant and friendly demeanor
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years or older
