As an all-natural pet food store and grooming facility, our shampoos, flea treatment, and de-shedding treatment are all chemical and silicone-free. The following reflects the essential job duties but does not restrict tasks that may be assigned. Duties of this job may be changed at management’s discretion. Duties include: ·Bathing, drying, and brushing out dogs ·Completing add-on services such as nail trims, teeth brushing, and paw pad trims according to our company standards ·Provide friendly customer service ·Engage with customers & their pets ·Maintain cleanliness in bathing area ·Assist customers with walk-in self service pet wash and nail trims ·Coordinate with other team members ·Recommend products for at-home care ·Maintain effective performance under pressure ·Help with laundry as needed ·May perform similar duties as requested by supervisor Requirements: ·Must be at least 16 years old ·Excellent customer service ·Ability to work independently and with others ·Good communication skills ·Attention to detail ·Passion for pets & their well-being ·Displays initiative ·Able to tolerate standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs ·Reliable transportation ·Time management skills All Brookside Barkery & Bath employees are eligible to receive an employee discount.
