We are currently seeking a Quality Engineer for our Charlevoix, MI location. Full-time Wage range: $22 - $27 per hour. Wages commensurate with experience. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Reads and understands prints Metrology using portable arm CMM’s Works with team members and customers to help launch new product Contributes to on-going quality assurance to confirm customer specifications are met Supports launch activities and advanced product quality planning activities including PPAP preparation, PFMEA’s, Process Flows, and Control Plans Works with both Production and Engineering teams to complete PFMEA’s ADDITIONALLY, THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS REQUIRED TO HAVE Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years manufacturing experience 2+ years in a manufacturing quality role Working knowledge of metal forming, machining, and welding Experience in FMEA Methodologies and Benefits WHY SHOULD YOU APPLY?
