Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Budgeting Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Cary, North Carolina. Duties:Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and proceduresManage vendors and internal teams effectively to meet project goalsCollaborate with team members to maintain a strong sense of urgency on project executionProvide accurate capital and expense budget forecastsPrepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports on project status and completionCommunicate clearly and effectively across all organizational levelsMaintain strong organizational skills with attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilitiesOversee multiple work streams while meeting deadlines and managing prioritiesWork proactively in a team-oriented environmentMultitask efficiently, document processes clearly, and thrive in a fast-paced settingDesired Skills/Experience:Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including hands-on experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functionsStrong background in forecasting, trend analysis, and performance reportingExperience developing executive dashboards using TableauSkilled in database management and data integrity best practicesSolid understanding of capital budgeting, including open purchase orders, committed spend, and forecastingKnowledge of reporting processes and financial analysisFamiliarity with the telecommunications industry and related financial practicesCoding experience in Python and SQL for data manipulation and automationExperience using business intelligence tools such as Qlik and enterprise systems like SAPBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position is between $35.00 and $50.00.
