Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Budtender/Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible primarily for providing retail customer service to our Cannabis patrons, and occasionally delivering products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. As a Budtender/Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of our brand.

Duties

• Provide excellent retail customer service to all adult-use and medical cannabis patrons.
• Stay up-to-date with cannabis product knowledge and retail knowledge for daily sales operations.
• Safely operate delivery vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Deliver products to designated locations, ensuring timely arrival and accurate delivery.
• Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any questions or concerns regarding their orders.
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems as needed during deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including product counts and customer signatures.
• Assist with product demos and provide information about products to customers when necessary.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes and improve efficiency

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with retail math and basic math skills is essential for handling transactions accurately.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication with diverse customers is valued.
• Experience with cash handling and operating POS systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
