Position Outline

We are seeking a Building Analyst to support energy efficiency and green building projects. The individual will support and lead tasks in the following areas:

Assist with energy audits to identify energy and cost savings measures, i.e. ASHRAE Level 1-3 energy audits

Performing utility billing and interval data analysis, and energy benchmarking

Conducting spreadsheet analysis and assessment of energy conservation measure (ECM) improvements

Developing custom spreadsheet calculators and analysis tools

Developing construction cost estimates for ECMs and determining economic paybacks.

Commissioning and retro-commissioning of building energy systems

LEED and green building consulting

Communication of results from analysis verbally and customer facing written reports

Effectively communicate with clients

Supporting business develop activities

Building/Developing an energy model for customer

Energy Audits


Compensation: Base, Bonus and profit sharing. Full health benefits. Base ranges from $100K-$125K DOE


Requirements

Preferred Qualifications but not all are required

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Energy Policy, or other related discipline. Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) or Building Energy Analysis Professional (BEAP) certifications are a plus.
