Summary of Function We are seeking an experienced Building Automation Controls Installer/Programmer to install, program, start up, commission and troubleshoot commercial and industrial HVAC control systems. Job Duties Install control panels, sensors, actuators and low-voltage wiring Program, commission and start up building automation systems Create graphics and user interfaces for building automation front-end systems Troubleshoot, diagnose and service HVAC control systems Integrate BACnet devices and third-party equipment Read and interpret control drawings, wiring diagrams and mechanical plans Work closely with project managers, customers and other trades to complete projects safely and efficiently Complete required documentation related to commissioning, startup and service activities Qualifications Experience with Carrier IVU, Snap, and View builder is preferred, but not required Ability to work independently and manage assigned projects and tasks Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Professional communication with customers, coworkers and project teams Commitment to quality workmanship, safety and customer satisfaction Compensation and Benefits Union position with competitive wages and benefits Ongoing training and opportunities for career growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
