Performs routine building maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting, dry wall repair. Performs general building maintenance.* Assist in and provides minor repairs and maintenance for assigned resort properties. Checks, maintains and repairs the properties to ensure maintenance and general safety standards are met. Assists less experienced Mechanics and Laborers as needed.**Requirements:*** High school graduate with two years of trade school in building maintenance or equivalent experience preferred.* Minimum of 4 years' experience in commercial building maintenance with expertise in one or more of the following: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building repairs.* Ability to work within broad directives and perform work alone when requested.* Available to work evenings and weekends as required at times.Hourly Pay Rate: $24.84-$29.51To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
