Project Manager – Building Management Systems (BMS)South West - Hybrid Working Available£60,000 – £70,000 + Bonus + Car/AllowanceLead Major BMS Projects with a Global Industry LeaderWith over 100 years of innovation behind the business, our client is a market-leading specialist in Building Management Solutions (BMS), delivering intelligent building technology across large commercial and residential developments.Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of key BMS projects, beginning with a flagship project in the South West (Dorset region).This role offers hybrid working, combining site visits, office collaboration, and home-based working where project requirements allow.The RoleAs Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for delivering BMS work packages safely, on time, within budget, and in line with client specifications. You will lead a dedicated project delivery team and manage both commercial and operational performance throughout the project lifecycle.You will work closely with M&E and Principal Contractors to ensure seamless project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage BMS projects in line with scope, company procedures, and H&S standardsManage contractual elements including payments, variations, extensions of time, and loss & expense claimsOversee project financial performance, reporting on progress, risks, and forecastsProvide technical support to customers and engineering teamsPrepare payment applications, manage variations, and negotiate final accountsProduce procurement schedules, equipment schedules, and project documentationBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in a Project or Contracts Management roleStrong technical knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS)Commercially aware with experience managing multi-disciplinary contractsStrong financial, contractual, and risk management capabilitiesExcellent leadership and communication skillsHighly organised, self-motivated, and deadline-drivenWhat’s On Offer£60,000 – £70,000 basic salary (depending on experience)Performance-linked bonus schemeCompany car scheme or monthly car allowanceContributory pension scheme (up to 10% employer contribution)Private medical insuranceLife assuranceOngoing training and career developmentEmployee Assistance Programme & Wellness PortalDiscounted gym membershipCycle schemeEmployee discounts platform
