Project Location: Northern IrelandProject Type: Large-scale Infrastructure Projects ranging from Pharmaceutical & Data CentreKey Responsibilities:Design and develop BMS architectures for industrial facilities including control strategies, network topology, and system integration.Configure, program, and commission BMS controllers, field devices, and supervisory systems.Integrate HVAC, electrical, and utility systems into centralized monitoring and control platforms.Prepare technical documentation including control schematics, I/O schedules, functional descriptions, and as-built drawings.Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization during commissioning and post-handover.Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.Provide technical support, maintenance guidance, and system training to end users.Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and cybersecurity practices.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, energy management systems, and industrial facility operations.Experience with BMS platforms (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, or equivalent)Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, control diagrams, and specifications.
