Job Description: Targeted Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years Understanding of leasing agreements, being able to reconcile rent and strong verbal communication. The person in this position will be working terminations as well as CPI. Candidate should be able to read and understand leasing agreements, do recon's and have a basic knowledge of CPI.Responsibilities: Experience with auditing billing/invoices Systems audit experience Ability to differentiate trends and relationships from a base of complex information and to relate and compare data from different sources and identifying relationships. Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Note: Home-BasedPay Range: $35 - $36hr on w2 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
