1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, must be able to analyze complex business problems and identify potential solutions.
2. Excellent communication skills: must be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders, developers, and other team members to ensure that requirements are clearly understood.
3. Strong leadership skills: able to work independently and proactively drive day-to-day and week-to-week actions. Capable of stepping in for the PO during their absence, providing guidance and direction to the team to ensure that project goals are met.
4. Experience working in an Agile environment
5. Experience working with Clearwater Analytics and data.
6. Property insurance experience: has a good understanding of the business domain and requirements of the stakeholders.
7. Data-oriented mindset will be able to identify how data can be leveraged to improve business outcomes.
8. Experience in data engineering will be useful in understanding how data is collected, processed, and analyzed.
9. Behavior-driven development (BDD) experience: Experience with BDD will be useful in ensuring that requirements are translated into effective tests and in improving collaboration between developers and stakeholders.
10. Proactive problem-solving: proactive in anticipating potential problems and finding solutions to mitigate risk and ensure successful project delivery.
11. Adaptability: must be able to adapt to changes in project requirements, timelines, and priorities and still deliver quality work.
