In this role, you will combine business analysis expertise with hands-on development skills to translate operational needs into scalable data, reporting, and automation solutions.You will work closely with SAP ECC data, data lake environments, and Microsoft Power Platform tools to enable reliable reporting, process optimization, and continuous improvement across operations.Responsibilities:Business Analysis & Requirement GatheringLead workshops and discussions with stakeholders across operations, planning, and financeTranslate business requirements into clear functional and technical specificationsManage and prioritize backlog in an Agile environment (user stories, sprint planning)Act as the main interface between business users and technical/data teamsPower Platform & Power BI Development (Hands-on)Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards (data modeling, DAX, KPIs, performance optimization)Build Power Apps to support operational processes and user interactionsDevelop Power Automate workflows (alerts, approvals, system integrations)Deliver end-to-end solutions from analysis through deploymentData Management & TransformationWork with SAP ECC data (direct extraction or via data lake)Define and implement data transformations aligned with business rules (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers)Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability for reporting purposesCollaborate with data engineering teams on data ingestion and architectureExcel & Legacy Tools OptimizationMaintain and improve advanced Excel/VBA-based tools where necessarySupport the transition from manual and local solutions toward automated platformsContinuous Improvement & Delivery AccelerationApply Agile methodologies to ensure iterative and fast deliveryIdentify opportunities for automation and process optimizationLeverage Generative AI tools to accelerate development, improve efficiency, and enhance solution qualityDocumentation & User AdoptionDocument requirements, data models, and implemented solutionsSupport user adoption through training, guidance, and clear communicationPreferred Qualifications:Strong experience in business analysis and stakeholder managementAgile experience with backlog ownership and iterative deliveryHands-on expertise in: -Power BI (advanced DAX, data modeling, performance tuning) -Power Apps -Power AutomateSolid understanding of SAP ECC data structures and reporting logicAdvanced Excel and VBA skillsGood knowledge of SQL and data transformation conceptsExperience with data lake environments and layered architectures (Bronze/Silver/Gold) is a plusFamiliarity with or willingness to use Generative AI tools in development workflowsStrong communication skills and ability to bridge business and technical domainsProactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindsetAbility to work in a highly collaborative operational environment (on-site presence required 5 days per week)Join us and be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team where innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement drive the future of mobility.
