Business Analyst / Product Analyst – Mobile AppsHybrid Working – 3 Days Office | Bracknell AreaAre you a Business Analyst who enjoys shaping digital products and ensuring the voice of the customer is reflected in every feature?We’re partnering with an innovative medical technology company developing mobile applications and digital platforms used by customers worldwide.They’re looking for a Business Analyst with strong customer and UX focus to help translate user needs into clear product requirements that engineering teams can confidently build and deliver.Your work won’t just shape software features — it will help deliver safe, intuitive digital health products that improve people's wellbeing.The OpportunityThis role sits at the centre of a growing digital health ecosystem spanning mobile apps, connected devices and cloud services.Working closely with UX designers, software engineers, product managers, QA and regulatory specialists, you’ll ensure user needs are clearly understood and translated into well-structured requirements.We’re particularly interested in someone who enjoys acting as the voice of the customer, helping shape mobile experiences that are intuitive, accessible and meaningful for users.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyse customer needs, user journeys and product requirementsTranslate insights into user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteriaFacilitate workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder discussionsWork closely with UX, engineering and product teams in Agile environmentsEnsure requirements are clear, testable and traceableSupport workflow mapping, documentation and requirement traceabilityContribute to risk management and usability considerationsMaintain clear requirement documentation across mobile apps, cloud services and connected technologiesWhat We’re Looking ForExperience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst or Systems AnalystStrong experience gathering and translating customer requirementsExperience working on mobile applications or digital productsStrong customer and UX mindsetExcellent stakeholder management and facilitation skillsExperience working in Agile delivery teamsFamiliarity with tools such as Jira or ConfluenceHighly desirable:Consumer-facing mobile applicationsHealth tech, wearable technology or connected devicesExperience working within regulated software environmentsWhat You’ll GetThe opportunity to work on technology improving people’s health and wellbeingA collaborative environment across product, UX and engineeringHybrid working – 3 days per week in the officeThe chance to influence customer-focused mobile health platformsWork within a highly capable multidisciplinary digital teamApplyIf you enjoy bringing clarity to complex digital products and shaping meaningful mobile experiences, this is a role worth exploring.
