This critical role is central to maintaining operational excellence, upholding legal compliance, and orchestrating a smooth, efficient service fulfillment process from the initial engagement throughout the client lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Analysis & Compliance: Conduct comprehensive analysis of all new incoming clients and continuously monitor existing accounts to ensure strict adherence to legal compliance frameworks and optimal performance standards.
• Performance Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing client service efficiency and operational effectiveness, implementing solutions to maximize value and minimize friction.
• Service Coordination & Planning: Develop and execute detailed, client-specific coordination plans, meticulously outlining every step of the service fulfillment process to guarantee a smooth and efficient experience.
• Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end service delivery pipeline, acting as a central liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure all commitments are met consistently and effectively.
