Business & Analytical Skills
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software development.
Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, Agile methodologies, and SDLC best practices.
Experience with process modeling, workflow diagrams, and wireframing tools.
Ability to work with stakeholders at various levels and bridge the gap between business and technical teams.

Familiarity with enterprise web application development technologies (ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery).
Hands-on experience with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, database views).
Understanding of API integrations, authentication (Thinktecture Identity Server), and system architecture.
Collaboration & Documentation Tools
Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Google Docs, Balsamiq, Miro, and other documentation tools.
Strong communication skills to document and present findings effectively.
Preferred Experience
Experience with Illinois workNet, IWDS2.0, or WIOA workforce development reporting systems.
Exposure to SharePoint 2013, ElasticSearch, and registry management tools.
CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Business Analyst certification (preferred).
