- 84 months experience eliciting/extracting detailed business requirements from customer/project stakeholders or system artifacts
- 84 Months experience in obtaining and writing business, user and functional requirements, use cases, process models, workflows, creating screen mock-ups, report mock-ups and technical documents with attention to detail
- 60 months experience developing/maintaining test plans and detailed test cases, executing those tests, validating test results and logging/tracking related defects
- 24 months experience using HP Quality Center
- 24 months experience designing user interfaces using tools such as Balsamiq or equivalent
