Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation of child welfare information systems. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively to enhance system functionality and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of human services program delivery and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to development personnel in interpreting program requirements
• Create and review design documents and conduct system tests
• Develop user support documentation and deliver training sessions
• Monitor compliance with federal and state requirements
• Analyze data and prepare reports for federal reporting obligations
