Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing and understanding business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring the successful delivery of data-focused products. Your role will involve active engagement in various stages of project development, from design to implementation.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.

- Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive changes and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring the implementation of automated tests, metrics, and monitoring.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Guide and review changes to product features in alignment with project roadmaps.

- Validate changes to ensure high-quality product releases.

- Contribute to distributed system environments.

- Lead and mentor others through example and participation in hiring activities.

Qualifications:

- Solid understanding of business analysis fundamentals.

- Comfortable working in an agile, distributed team across multiple time zones.

- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.

- Familiarity with computer science and engineering fundamentals.

- Experience in working with distributed systems.

- Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, C++, or Python.

- Knowledge of software development code editors (Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code) and version control systems (Git).

- 1+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.

- Bachelor's or master's-level degree in business, computer science, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Proficiency in C#, SQL, or Scala programming languages.

- Knowledge of Cloud Technologies like AWS or Azure.

- Exposure to healthcare and finance industry practices.

- Understanding of data processing and analysis workflows.

- Familiarity with Spring framework and Spring Boot.

- Experience in managing and utilizing large datasets.

- Knowledge of data processing and analysis workflows.
