Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail and a solid background in custom software development. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and ensuring seamless communication between technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation to support software development processes.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing systems and business processes.
• Utilize tools like Atlassian Jira to manage workflows and track project progress.
• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment and productivity within the development team.
• Perform AB testing and analyze results to guide decision-making and optimize solutions.
• Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to ensure clarity in project objectives.
• Work closely with Software Engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Assist in the management and improvement of CRM systems and claim administration processes.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to create reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Analyst roles focused on custom software development.
• Proficiency in writing user stories, creating documentation, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to bridge business requirements and engineering needs.
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira for project tracking and workflow management.
• Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies and facilitating team collaboration.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and claim administration processes.
• Competence in conducting gap analysis and recommending process improvements.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
