    • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Utilize business intelligence tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to extract, analyze, and present data.
  • Business Process Improvement:

  • Propose and implement improvements to reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and optimize performance.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and implement process changes.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as a liaison between business units and IT/development teams to ensure project requirements are accurately understood and met.
    • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather and clarify business needs and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Support:

    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • System & Tool Utilization:
    • Support the implementation and optimization of transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and other relevant technologies.
    • Utilize business intelligence tools to extract, analyze, and present data effectively.

Qualifications:
