Business Analyst Apply
Title: Business Analyst- ((Access/Excel Database Modernization)
Location: Concord, NH (Hybrid)
Duration: Long-term
Note: The selected resource to work onsite 3 days per week and 2 days remote.
Skills:
Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and functional analysis for custom software solutions.
Experience with defining, developing, and writing business requirements for database management systems.
Experience with data clean up, standardization, and quality remediation.
Experience and familiarity with Microsoft technologies including Access, Visio, MSSQL, Teams, Word, and Excel.
Bachelors with a major in information systems, computer science, business, or related field or relevant work experience.
Exceptional written and verbal communication is required to be considered for this role.
Nice to have:
Experience with database modernization, especially from Access databases.
Experience with data management systems, especially Oracle and SSRS.
Familiarity working w/public sector environments including knowledge of local, state, & federal govt. processes & environments.
Experience working w/environmental info systems, especially those related to wastewater, including regulatory compliance & data management.
Familiar with essential project management documents and tools such as the Project Charter, Risk Register, and RASCI Matrix.
