Position Overview

The Principal Analyst – CS Business Systems plays a critical role in supporting billing operations for major industrial and corporate electric customers. This position focuses on SAP-based utility billing applications and drives the design, enhancement, and optimization of customer service systems.

You will partner closely with IT architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to analyze issues, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful implementation through structured testing and release processes.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Analysis

• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define project scope, system enhancements, and solutions to complex system issues.
• Translate business process requirements into functional system configurations and customizations.
• Validate system designs with business partners to ensure alignment with functional, performance, and operational expectations.
• Lead the design of integrated, end-to-end system solutions supporting customer service operations.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop comprehensive test plans, scripts, and data for assembly, UAT, and performance testing.
• Lead cross-functional testing efforts to ensure solution readiness and quality.
• Maintain and update testing standards, documentation, and processes.

Project & Release Support

• Oversee the transition of functional designs to technical development teams.
• Participate in release control activities to verify compliance with business requirements.
• Ensure all system design deliverables are complete, consistent, and aligned with business needs.
