Job Summary:
The Business Analyst 5 role requires an experienced professional to analyze business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and guide the design and development of large-scale application projects. The role involves reviewing technical designs, identifying gaps in existing systems, and ensuring solutions meet business needs. This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence in Dimondale, MI.

Responsibilities:
- Review technical designs and specifications for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established quality standards.
- Identify gaps in existing software systems and design solutions to meet business needs.
- Break down complex business requirements into actionable tasks for development teams.
- Elicit business requirements and translate them into detailed technical design documents in partnership with application and solution architects.
- Guide the design and development of large-scale application projects.

- Experience eliciting business requirements and translating them into detailed technical design documents.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree
