Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret automotive industry trends, market data, and internal performance metrics to provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with various departments to understand business requirements and translate them into project specifications.

Gather and document business requirements, ensuring clear and comprehensive communication with stakeholders.

Perform gap analysis, identify areas of improvement, and recommend process enhancements to increase operational efficiency.

Develop business cases for proposed changes or initiatives and present findings to senior leadership.

Support project teams in the implementation of new processes, systems, or initiatives within the automotive space.

Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate findings, insights, and recommendations effectively.

Monitor and evaluate the success of implemented changes and projects, ensuring objectives are met and identifying areas for further improvement.

Stay up-to-date with automobile industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory changes.

Support digital transformation efforts by working on initiatives such as electric vehicles (EV), autonomous vehicles, and other innovations in the automotive sector.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the automobile industry.

Strong understanding of automotive industry processes, including manufacturing, supply chain, sales, or after-sales services.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with database management (e.g., SQL).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Experience in project management and the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and cross-functional collaboration.

Knowledge of automotive industry regulations, compliance standards, and quality management systems.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Familiarity with digital transformation projects, particularly in areas like electric vehicles (EV) and autonomous driving technologies.

Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.

Experience with ERP systems and process mapping.
