Business Analyst from Banking with Commercial Lending and Salesforce- Northern Bank

LOCATION

Local to MA or New Hampshire is preferred but we will take relo candidates!

Woburn, MA 5 days a week. Could become 3-4 days onsite in the future

DURATION

Potential CTH so must be able to convert now or in the future without sponsorship

REQUIRED SKILLS

Candidate needs to have good commercial lending (within banking) experience (this doesn't include someone who has experience working for a company handling personal or car loans)

Must have Salesforce experience

Strong UAT testing experience

Ncino experience is a nice to have

Required Experience:

• Strong experience in commercial banking/lending or nCino is essential. The terminology and concepts in commercial banking/lending systems are similar.
• The candidate should focus on identifying business needs rather than letting the business dictate specific solutions.
• Tenure will depend on the individual, not necessarily on years of experience.

Salesforce and nCino Integration:

• Salesforce is used for CRM, and nCino runs on Salesforce, making the two systems intertwined.
• Understanding Salesforce's organizational structure is critical for setting up opportunities and managing cases for clients.

The CRM aspect is particularly important for the contact center, which tracks client interactions to provide a 360-degree view of the client's history (e.g., outstanding loans, call history).
