We are looking for a dedicated Business Analyst to join our team in Juno Beach, Florida. In this role, you will take on complex operational analyses and lead medium to large project teams, ensuring that business decisions are supported with accurate data and insights. This is a long-term contract position where you will collaborate with various business units and IT teams, primarily focusing on Salesforce platform operations.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth analyses of business operations to identify areas for improvement and support informed decision-making.
• Lead medium to large project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with business units and IT colleagues in an agile environment to gather and refine business requirements.
• Develop and validate plans for business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Facilitate training sessions and demonstrations for Salesforce users to enhance platform utilization.
• Perform statistical analyses to support data-driven decisions and business strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
• Mentor and guide analysts with less experience, fostering growth and development.• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Proven experience with Salesforce platform operations, with at least 3 years preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in data analysis and statistical methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile environment and collaborate across teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver findings and conduct training sessions.
• Familiarity with creating validation plans, business requirement documents, and facilitating demos.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as NIS and NERC is a plus.
