POSITION OVERVIEW

Join the Digital Innovation Team as a Senior Product/Business Analyst to shape customer-facing products across mobile and web platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-impact digital experiences for millions of travelers. This role is instrumental in translating complex business objectives into actionable user stories and driving continuous product delivery.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Write scope, high-level requirements, acceptance criteria, and detailed user stories for Dev and QA teams.
  • Manage and refine the product backlog to ensure sprint readiness and iterative delivery.
  • Facilitate Agile rituals, including inception, iteration kickoffs, story sessions, and estimations.
  • Collaborate with UX analysts, developers, and QA teams to define feature boundaries and technical feasibility.
  • Analyze data and engage stakeholders to align features with core product goals and strategic value.
  • Deliver regular progress presentations to update leadership and key internal partners.
