💡 The Role

Fidelity TalentSource is hiring a Senior Business Analyst – Health & Welfare to join a team of passionate professionals supporting Health & Welfare Annual Enrollment and ongoing client initiatives. In this role, you’ll serve as a requirements and validation expert, partnering closely with client delivery and program leadership to ensure Fidelity’s recordkeeping systems align with detailed business and regulatory requirements.

You will play a critical role in shaping solutions that support our clients while modeling Fidelity leadership principles and fostering a collaborative, innovative environment.


✅ The Expertise We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 5–7 years of Business Analysis experience
  • 5+ years of direct Health & Welfare Annual Enrollment experience
  • 5–7 years in benefits administration, H&W outsourcing, or similar recordkeeping environments
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to balance service and sound business judgment

  • Strong organizational, prioritization, facilitation, and time‑management skills
  • Ability to analyze and translate complex business requirements
  • In‑depth understanding of:
  • Health & Welfare plan provisions
  • Recordkeeping systems and core product mechanics
  • Regulatory environment
  • Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience developing and executing documented procedures
  • Agile experience preferred (not required)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

  • Partner with Client Delivery Portfolio Managers and Healthcare Program Managers to support AE and ongoing milestones
  • Define and analyze complex client requirement changes
  • Perform detailed data analysis and reporting to support client decisions
  • Identify requirement gaps and recommend functional/system solutions
  • Define and support System and Business Acceptance Testing
  • Execute root cause analysis for pre‑ and post‑migration issues
  • Perform data validations, remediations, and QA checks
  • Develop training and reference materials for participant services
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Mentor and support onboarding of new associates
