The Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in requirements gathering to join our growing team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll engage directly with our customers to deeply understand their business needs and processes, and translate those into clear, actionable technical requirements for our product and engineering teams.
Your work will shape the design and development of our platform and services. We’re looking for someone who combines analytical thinking, curiosity, and exceptional communication skills. Someone who can align software solutions with the realities of day-to-day customer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead detailed requirements-gathering sessions with customers and internal stakeholders
-Document and maintain clear, structured business and functional requirements
-Develop user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
-Gain a deep understanding of customer operations and pharma-specific business processes
-Collaborate with software developers and QA to ensure solutions meet customer needs
-Translate complex concepts into language appropriate for both technical and business audiences
-Support and be hands on on testing, validation, and customer rollout processes as needed

What You Bring:

-3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or SaaS environment
-Proven expertise in conducting requirements workshops and writing detailed specs
-Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of managing customer communications
-Excellent written and verbal communication, with an eye for detail and clarity
-A passion for learning and improving complex business processes
-Bonus: Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare compliance

Nice to Have (but Not Required)
-Exposure to SQL, Java, React, or similar technologies
-Experience with JIRA, UML, Excel, etc
-Background in pharmacy, life sciences, or healthcare business operations with strong Compliance focus
-Project Management skills
