Job Responsibilities/Qualifications
- Exceptional ability to engage with executives and diverse internal stakeholders, technical team and adapting messages to suit varying levels of analytical proficiency.
- Proven experience in data management, data assessment and data governance, ensuring high standards of data quality.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills to analyze large, complex data sets, identifying patterns to drive data improvements specially for System Integrations
- Regularly update the Tactical Implementation Plan (TIP) with clear leadership status reports on timelines and deliverables presented at the IT Delivery Center.
- Serve as a consulting resource for business partners and the analyst community, applying best practices in data interpretation and its implications for business strategy and operations.
- Create and manage complex dashboards using data insights to deliver comprehensive findings through effective visualizations.
- Demonstrate foresight by anticipating potential challenges and understanding the broader business strategy.
- Skilled in SQL for data analysis, validation, and preparation.
- Familiarity with SAP Time Report Tracking, supply planning, and demand forecasting.
- Experience in setting up tool access within enterprise systems (e.g., My Electronic Access).
- Hands-on experience in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Process Flows, and collaborating with our IT/Business Partners for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with onsite & offshore technical teams and clients to ensure project alignment and success.
