Business Analyst - Contract to Hire - Pension Eligible - 100% Onsite in Evanston, IL

Sierra ITS is hiring a bright and energetic BA for a full-time, contract to hire role working onsite in downtown Evanston, IL. You'll join an established team of BA's that do full life cycle work including many elements of project management.

This organization is known for its professionalism, nobility of mission, and world-class treatment of its staff. During the ~6 month contract phase you'll be on our payroll, working 35 hours per week at an hourly rate in the 45-48hr (W2) range with access to benefits. Once you convert to our client's payroll, you have full employer-paid benefits, generous PTO, salary (75-86k) and a very lucrative Pension plan...extremely rare!

Required:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst for complex IT projects
• Requirements gathering, documentation, UAT, and project benchmarking
• Detail-driven and meticulous about the quality of your work
• Refined communication skills
• Willingness to work 100% onsite at their office (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM M-F)
