Overview Haddon Heights, New Jersey, United States $ 50.00 - 55.00 (US Dollar) About the job Business Analyst Oracle Procure to Pay (P2P) We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with specialized experience in Oracle and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to optimize procurement workflows, streamline processes, and ensure seamless integration within the Oracle ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Oracle P2P modules and a keen understanding of procurement and supply chain best practices. You must reside in the US; No 3rd parties. Responsibilities Act as a primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective Oracle P2P solutions. Gather, document, and analyze requirements for procure to pay processes, and create detailed functional specifications. Support the configuration, deployment, and enhancement of Oracle P2P modules, including but not limited to Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Supplier Management. Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing the end-to-end procure to pay workflow. Conduct data analysis and reporting on procurement and payment activities, identifying trends and areas for process optimization. Develop and conduct training sessions, as well as create documentation to support user adoption and system understanding. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Procurement, and IT, to ensure successful implementation and ongoing system support. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst, with specific experience in Oracle P2P processes and systems. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Oracle P2P modules, including Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Supplier Management. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Problem Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong sense of ownership over project success. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with procurement and supply chain processes, best practices, and compliance standards. Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile or Waterfall, is a plus. Oracle certification in P2P or related modules is preferred. Why Join Us?
