Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for Business Analyst: B2B Remote from Poland Business Analyst with expertise in Veeva Clinical and Clinical Operations processes but also hands-on experience in Data Modeling and Integrations. Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment across diverse groups, including business users, clinical teams, and technology teams. Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to elicit, document, and prioritize business and system requirements for clinical trial-related processes, with a focus on site interactions and safety document distribution. Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed features, user stories, and corresponding acceptance criteria to guide development teams in delivering high-quality solutions. Drive process analysis and improvement by evaluating existing workflows and identifying opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and process standardization. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the clinical trial domain, including clinical site operations, safety reporting requirements, and regulatory compliance in global contexts. Leverage past experience in large-scale, global, and cross-functional projects to ensure successful initiative delivery within complex, matrixed organizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement change management strategies that support process and technology adoption. Experience working with Veeva Clinical CTMS, Study Start-Up Module, or Site Connect is a strong plus.
