Overview Hybrid Onsite | 4 days per week in Woodbridge, NJ Our client is a well-established insurance provider known for its customer-centric approach and innovative solutions. With a strong presence in the Northeastern United States, they are committed to delivering exceptional service and value to their policyholders. Their focus on community involvement and customer satisfaction sets them apart in the insurance industry. We can facilitate W2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our W2 consultants, we offer a benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $52 - $58 / hr. W2 Responsibilities Partner with business and technology stakeholders to analyze workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and system performance. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Contribute to project planning activities including estimates, timelines, impact assessments, and ongoing status reporting. Support SDLC compliance by preparing and maintaining documentation, work products, and design artifacts. Collaborate with QA to develop test plans and participate in systems testing. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) — review and validate defects, triage issues, and determine when change controls are required. Assist in incident analysis and resolution of production issues and enhancement requests. Prepare agendas, document decisions and action items, and maintain organized project documentation. Experience Requirements 2+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience, preferably in Auto, Homeowners, or Commercial Auto. Experience supporting initiatives through the full systems development life cycle. Demonstrated experience writing functional requirements, use cases, and process documentation. Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively in an onsite team environment.
