This role supports critical banking systems and leads initiatives that enhance service delivery across the company.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert support for systems such as Treasury Management (ACH, Wires), Loans, Deposits, Salesforce, and DocuSign.Lead and manage projects, from planning through implementation.Troubleshoot application issues, manage system configurations, and test new releases.Create and deliver ad hoc reports and data extracts.Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless client service.Refer clients to appropriate internal experts (e.g., Trust, Investments, Treasury).Must-Have Qualifications:5–10 years of systems support experience, ideally in banking or financial services.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines independently.Working knowledge of banking products, compliance, and audit standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Preferred:College degree and experience with database systems.Familiarity with federal and state banking regulations.What You Bring:A detail-oriented mindset and commitment to exceptional service.The ability to collaborate, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Confidence in working directly with clients and internal teams.
