Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager for their GenAI technology program to join their dynamic team. As a Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will be supporting the Global Markets organization, working closely with various teams to drive innovative AI‑driven solutions. Job Title Business Analyst / Project Manager GenAI technology program Location New York, NY Pay Range $65-68 on W2 What's the Job? Perform business analysis and define business and functional requirements for Gen AI projects and deliverables. Manage release and change management processes for Gen AI applications and services. Plan and coordinate project execution across multiple teams, ensuring timely delivery. Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to support project success. Provide status updates on deliverables, risks, issues, and schedules to leadership and stakeholders. What's Needed? 5+ years of experience in business analysis and project management within financial or technology sectors. 1-5 years of experience in Release / Change management, familiar with ITSM, JIRA, and related tools. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies for software delivery. Excellent problem‑solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
