Job Title :Business Analyst (Requirements Gathering, Test Planning, LMS Support, UI Design)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

• Skilled in eliciting and extracting detailed business and software application requirements from customers, project stakeholders, and system artifacts.
• Experienced in gathering and documenting business, user, and functional requirements, including developing use cases, process models, workflows, screen mock-ups, report mock-ups, and technical documentation with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining test plans and detailed test cases, executing tests, validating results, and logging and tracking defects throughout the QA lifecycle.
• Experienced in supporting enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS), including system analysis, configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting design and configuration.
• Skilled in designing user interfaces and wireframes using tools such as Balsamiq or equivalent prototyping tools.
