Job Description:

6-7 years of Exp in Sales and commissions area with good communication skill

Resource will be responsible for documenting the Commissions Incentives and Sales processes existing system functions, pain areas, challenges, new requirements, and expectations. Resource will be responsible for meetings with senior business team leaderships to gather the information, their thoughts, expert advice requirements for the new or to be system. Expectation is also do the ASIS documentation Process workflow diagram and current system gap analysis.
