Job Summary:

As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure that our projects align with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements for business processes, systems, and projects.
• Data Analysis: Analyze business data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Solution Development: Develop and propose solutions to business problems, including process improvements, system enhancements, and new technologies.
• Project Management: Support project management activities including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and project status.
• Testing and Validation: Assist in the development of test plans and scenarios, and perform testing to ensure that solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new systems or processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
• Experience: Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Experience in [specific industry] is advantageous.
