Overview The Squires Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide Business Analyst support for our client. In this role you will provide back‑fill analytical support for financial strategy and planning initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial testing. This role supports leadership in maintaining accurate financial plans and ensuring effective financial decision‑making. This role is based in the Kingston, Rhode Island area. Candidates will be expected to be onsite in Kingston, RI. Per our client contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders. Responsibilities Support financial strategy and planning activities, including budgeting and forecasting processes. Perform financial analysis and testing to validate budget assumptions and financial models. Develop and maintain financial reports to support planning and decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and alignment of financial data. Qualifications Master’s degree required. Experience with advanced budgeting and forecasting processes. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with PeopleSoft Financials required. Higher education industry experience required. Compensation and Benefits W2 Hourly rate: $50 - $55. Pay rates are based on experience and qualifications, and are subject to change at any time.
