Business Analyst

Overview:

A global technology leader is seeking an entry-level Business Analyst to support its AI GPU supply chain operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to grow into a more analytical role while contributing to high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily meetings to review leadership inputs and operational changes (40%)
• Perform data entry, data review, and analysis to ensure system accuracy and alignment (60%)
• Track material alignment, customer requirements, and data center availability
• Support the execution of customer-driven purchase orders within a 0–6 month window
• Identify discrepancies and ensure adherence to customer satisfaction timelines

Must-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Power BI for data analysis and reporting
• Exposure to SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills

• 0–2 years of experience in a business analyst or data-focused role
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and open to growth opportunities
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to work independently
• Not overqualified—this is an entry-level position with room to grow

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
