Description: Banner Digital business team needs one onshore Technical BA/PO for their 'Notifications' products.

Required:

• Twilio experience is mandatory.
• Should have experience developing new products, maintain, investigate issues, be the 1st line of defense to investigate issues, query databases for troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Twilio, Salesforce, Azure, CosmosDB. Should be able to run queries in CosmosDB and troubleshoot using Twilio
• Experience developing new customer facing products from scratch, understanding of complex integrations
• Must be Proactive, efficient, and organized. The BA will support 3 teams
