Business Analyst U Qa Testing Lead Apply
Job Summary:
The Business Analyst & QA Testing Lead role requires a professional with extensive experience in both business analysis and quality assurance, particularly within complex application environments. This position involves leading requirements gathering, translating business needs into technical specifications, owning QA governance, and ensuring comprehensive testing across the SDLC. The ideal candidate will be adept at using Azure DevOps (ADO) and collaborating with both business and technical teams.

Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
- Communicate with business partners to align scope, functionality, and priorities.
- Create and maintain application specifications, user stories, and documentation for UAT and release readiness.
- Define and manage scope and functionalities, ensuring traceability from requirements to testing and deployment.
- Own QA governance, including test strategy, test planning, test cases, test scripts, and regression cycles.
- Perform white box and black box testing, responsive design testing, and 508/ADA compliance testing.
- Build and manage traceability matrices, ensuring testing spans the entire SDLC (waterfall & agile).
- Conduct functional, integration, usability, security, and acceptance testing; coach teams on QA best practices.
- Validate data with basic SQL and support cross testing across environments.
- Use Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, test case management, traceability, and reporting.
- Collaborate across vendors and internal teams to drive defect triage, release readiness, and UAT coordination.
- Document workflows and partner with developers and security teams.
