Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing for an onsite contract role in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Work with stakeholders to map current and future-state processes
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
Support Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing implementations and enhancements
Assist with testing, user acceptance, and documentation
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing
Strong business analysis and documentation skills
Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
