Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst (BA) with over 10 years of experience working on Custom .NET Applications.
• The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business processes and technical expertise in .NET development to effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• Responsibilities Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and workflows to align with the development of custom .NET applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize requirements.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth implementation of custom .NET applications.
• Provide training and support to end-users post-implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on custom .NET applications.
• Strong understanding of .NET framework, C#, and ASP.NET development.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
