BUSINESS ANALYST III TESTING

Our client is looking to expand their team and bring on additional Business Analysts to support their team in testing new Mobile products. This will be a long-term contract working onsite with their testing team. Candidates must have experience with testing environments, processes, and requirements.

Project Details:

This team is responsible for supporting mobile products, encompassing new device launches, feature developments, and all aspects of production deployment. They conduct testing on both the agent side and the customer side. Operating in a continuous flow, they work in 3-week sprints, managing a steady stream of business-as-usual tasks.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience with Business Analysis and UAT front-end testing.
  • Looking for candidates always eager to learn!
• Experience gathering requirements and creating test cases and use cases.
• Experience w/ Jira:
  • Defect triage, tracking/managing issues, Jira "bugs"
• Previous experience presenting to executive-level leadership
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing a heavy workload, and meeting short deadlines/timelines.
• Soft Skills: Self-motivated, curious, team-oriented, great communication

Nice to Have:

• UAT frontend testing within the Mobile/Telecom Space or relevant industry experience.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Interpret written requirements from other teams and conduct UAT front-end testing.
• Achieve or exceed daily test execution goals.
• Create test cases and use cases based on requirements provided by other teams.
• Manage defect triage on a per-project basis.
• Oversee 10-12 projects per month.
• Strong time management skills required to balance testing for the current cycle while preparing for the next.
