Position title : Business Analyst (Wealth Management / Salesforce) Contract C2C requirements Location Trenton, NJ (4 days/week onsite) Duration 12+ months extendable Contract Rates $60/Hr Start Date : ASAP Interview Mode : Final Interview F2F Mandatory : At least 5+ years in Wealth Management, Salesforce, and great communication skills. Overview This is a high-visibility contract role supporting business and technology initiatives across the firm's Wealth Management platform. The ideal candidate brings recent, relevant experience working within a wealth advisory or private banking environment, an understanding of frontoffice workflows, and the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders including advisors, operations, compliance, and technology teams to support enhancements, process optimization, and platform initiatives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with wealth management stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for technology teams. Support the Salesforce team with requirement elaboration, process mapping, data validation, and testing. Analyze current-state wealth management business processes and recommend improvements. Serve as a liaison between front-office, operations, and IT to ensure alignment on deliverables. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test cases, and work with teams to resolve defects. Assist with change management activities, including user training, process documentation, and rollout support. Ensure solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and operational standards specific to wealth management. Support ongoing platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst within Wealth Management / Private Banking / Financial Advisory environments (recent experience required). Working experience with Salesforce, preferably in a WM/CRM context (data, workflows, reports, or user support). Strong understanding of wealth management processes such as client onboarding, account maintenance, financial advisory workflows, and client reporting. Proven ability to work directly with senior business stakeholders and technical teams. Experience writing requirements, process flows, user stories, and test scripts. Excellent communication skills. Comfortable presenting findings and facilitating discussions. Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in Trenton, NJ. Preferred Skills Prior experience supporting Salesforce enhancements or Wealth Management CRM solutions. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in wealth management (KYC, suitability, documentation standards). Experience with Agile methodologies or hybrid SDLC models.
